Reciprocal clubs
Thornmere keeps a small circle of like-minded houses, at home and overseas. Members are welcome at each of them on production of a member’s card.

The Fennwick
A town-house club in the north, cut from much the same cloth as our own.

Salt House
A quiet house on the coast, with a dining room that looks out to sea.

The Printworks
A working club in the capital, built into an old press building.

Marrow & Vine
A small house in the west, better known for its kitchen than its size.

The Vellum Rooms
Rooms in the university town, long on books and good talk.

Cedar House
A members’ house in the harbour city, a good address when you’re far from home.

A maker’s club in the mill town, with workshops as well as a bar.

An old house in the old capital, and a warm welcome to Thornmere members.

How it works
Show your member’s card at the door. Each house keeps its own hours, rules and terms, so it’s worth a call before you go. When members from these houses visit us, we hope you’ll return the welcome.
