We keep this short, because we ask for little.
When you use one of our forms — to apply, to enquire about private hire, or simply to get in touch — we collect what you type: your name, a way to reach you, and your note. We collect nothing you don’t give us.
We use those details only for the reason you sent them: to consider an application, to plan an evening, or to write back. We don’t sell them, and we don’t pass them to anyone outside the house who doesn’t need them to help us reply.
We keep application details while your application is live, and for a reasonable time after, in case a place comes free. Enquiries and notes we keep only as long as it takes to deal with them.
If you’d like to know what we hold about you, or you’d like it removed, write to us and we’ll see to it.
